Chris Aiena - President & CEO

As Human Initiatives, Inc. President and CEO, Chris' responsibilities include designing and developing the business strategy and direct daily operations. Chris partners with the company's leadership team to implement a plan for sustained growth while leveraging the company's resources to obtain organizational objectives.

Chris brings with him over 19 years of human resources management experience with companies including Blockbuster and Lowe's, and has served on the management teams of Renew Data, Newisys, Sanmina-SCI, ClearCube Technology, Inc. and VDIworks. He has extensive experience developing corporate HR infrastructures for domestic and international organizations, creating diversity planning models, and compensation management initiatives. Chris is a board trustee for Austin Shakespeare and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Edward's University, where he graduated with honors.

Gordon Allen – Chief Operating Officer

As the company's COO, Gordon's primary responsibilities are to set operational and performance goals for each department that are synchronized with short and long-term company objectives through operational efficiency and process effectiveness.

Gordon brings an entrepreneurial quality and perspective to the company, and has previously founded and profitably transitioned several companies in the past 10 years through venture capital acquisition and merger alliances. He has presided on the executive management team of Red Horn Services LLC, Performance Trucking LP, and G&J Ventures LLC. Gordon has a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University.

Mike Webb – Vice President of Client Services

Mike is responsible for the organizational design, relationship management and recruiting strategies of the client services function, and has over 27 years of experience in the human resources and recruiting industry, He has extensive knowledge within diverse industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, hardware and software research and development, accounting and finance, information technology, engineering, materials science, and administration.

Mike has provided recruiting strategies for both small and enterprise companies including Apple Computer, Dell, Broadwing (now Level 3), Molecular Imprents, Metrosol and FibeRio Technologies among others. Mike holds a B.A. and M.B.A from Texas Tech University.

Lloyd Teal – Vice President of Information Technology

Lloyd oversees the planning and implementation of the company's information technology and systems to ensure optimization for both the client and organization. With extensive experience in the information service industry, Lloyd has directed network development for professional services, industrial fabrication plants as well as international real estate companies.

Prior to working at Human Initiatives Inc., Lloyd worked for Ohmstede Inc, ECP Inc. and Keller Williams Realty International. Lloyd has earned a degree from Lamar University in Business and Computer Information Systems.
